I had a Radical Neck Dissection, I am missing half my neck and have a huge ass scar to boot. Then I topped it off with some very harsh radiation burns leaving my neck looking like Freddy Kruger. I get comments on my scars all the time... good bad or nasty it's not the comment that is made, it's how you take it. Man up dude, I'll post photos of my scars so you can see it can be worse.
