@numb7rs: Are you talking about at the actual website? I know one of the "Year Zero Alternate Reality Game" sites is iamtryingtobelieve.com. Its interesting, and I was trying to find like a hint to get to another site (most of these sites dont hint at further ones, you have to find them via NIN shirts or things hidden in the year zero album) but I emailed the message and I thought the response was quaint.

I hate people. Everyone lies. People are also selfish. Everything any human being does (including myself) is firmly rooted in self advancing principles. That being said, I like anyone that can hear that and go "un huh", I like Zim. I like Camus. I like comic book movies. I like NIN. Its not even a good repost. All i looked for was n64, they left out the z button. Validity of tool is challenged. - Comment on Open Source Resistance (2009-04-18 11:59:54)
@nyokki: Using rolle's theorem to get out of a ticket. Awesome and intelligent. Going to a post and you saying "you shouldnt have answered a question I asked" and THEN posting a comment that equates to "you are a doo doo head", not so awesome and intelligent. You win some, you lose some. Most recently, you have won. - Comment on Open Source Resistance 2 (2009-04-17 08:36:50)
@sylvanish: Okay, all understood. I was speaking is slight hyperbole. I was giving you top of the line and top of the line isnt the standard yet. But in the same spirit of my other cause and effect comments, today they cant see your face, but in 2 years time, the cameras WILL be better. I think you put it perfectly. Not yet at least. Im not content to just sit back and wait till yet happens. @ColombianMonkey: I will likely be downloanding this. Thanks! - Comment on Open Source Resistance 2 (2009-04-16 19:08:22)
@ColombianMonkey: Good, I hope this raises awareness! - Comment on Open Source Resistance (2009-04-16 14:11:10)

@sylvanish: Also on your idea that you cannot enhance resolution with a few nifty mouse clicks, you are right, and then you are wrong. This is true. If you have a low res pic, then you cant do that. However there are satellites that have enough resolution and zoom to focus in and see your face from orbit. Old cheap security cameras of yesterday pose very low fear, however an upgrade is all that is needed to negate that outlook. They didnt spend a couple hundred thousand on a couple thousand cameras. They spent MILLIONS on a couple thousand cameras. These arnt the old run of the mill 20 frames per minute half megapixel cameras. They are the ritzy see a flea in a speeders hair cameras. Oh ya, the real outrage came when we found out they were saying a picture was taken when the computer saw speeding, then the news broke that every camera took constant live video. Just another nifty fact on the AZ situation. - Comment on Open Source Resistance 2 (2009-04-16 11:33:24)
@sylvanish: I get what youre saying, I just want to ask one question. You may be content to evade the cameras, but does it not still leave you feeling like you are a criminal? Id be capable of dodging the cameras, but I have an inherent issue feeling like a criminal that needs to when I am not a criminal. ... criminal criminal. haha - Comment on Open Source Resistance 2 (2009-04-16 10:42:04)
@ColombianMonkey: I think I get (2) what youre saying, mostly because I personally agree with it. However since it is such a volatile subject, its hard to express it concisely. - Comment on Open Source Resistance 2 (2009-04-16 09:25:27)
@ColombianMonkey: Okay, so I can address all 3 of your points: 1) Yes, I do know how to try to speak to someone who doesnt speak your language. I know exactly what you are saying. However in red vs blue, I just dont think they can be compared so well. Dems speak in ideas and "dreams", reds talk in sanctimony and ritual, I and most neutrals speak in logic and fact. That is what I see on the tv. That is what I saw when I worked for my state. While I get what youre saying, I dont prescribe to your outlook. I think its different. If you look at how I debate my points, I take liberal stances, but I use logic. While a red will always be looking for me to say "terra" to make fun of an idiom before they listen to my idea, I think presenting how the world works with logic can help turn a red back into a conservative, and a conservative back into a American who knows how to compromise. 2) I take slight exception to being called sort of sheepish, but perhaps its because I once more dont articulate well enough. I have studied the man up and down. If I lived in a world of mature people, as I attempt to be, I wouldnt be worried. However, if im EVER talking to anyone else, I generally do not trust them. An RPG in the right hands can be used to actually save a life, right? but an RPG in the hands of the overwhelming majority ends in tragedy. Will you use the RPG to blast the door off the burning bunker and lead everyone to safety? or will you use the RPG to explode a dam and drown an entire city. I wouldnt shoot the damn thing, but I dont trust anyone to do the same. 3) I am putting my foot in my mouth. I said that, and then Annarchy read it, we entered in a very long conversation/debate about it and in the end, I am wrong. No period of history should be forgotten. It is the duty of the new generations to rise above any dangers presented by knowing their history. I was wrong when I said anything that wasnt to that effect. - Comment on Open Source Resistance 2 (2009-04-15 23:58:38)

@dieAntagonista: Wait... youre a year younger than me? youre 20? Didnt see that comming... I get the malcom in the middle. I think ive seen that one, im trying to catch all of them lately. They are as genious as south park. As far as the situation in America, Id say its actually not that bad at all. Im in Arizona. The people here insist on the delusion of a "Wild Wild West". To answer why Arpio gets elected because he demonstrates "western justice" and hes "gonna get them varments". Its not what he actually says in his ads but thats the gist of them. I can see where you come from with the anti officer... Its back to what I said to ColumbianMonkey, I dont have an issue with public cameras per say, but I think the arrest and citation needs to be by a human and I think footage should be sealed unless there is a felony involved. I think that would be the perfect compromise to help keep the justice system honest but not infringe on private rights. However you cant pick and choose your government, and you can never have exactly your way. Id rather have a fight on my hands (referring to legal, not physical) than a standardized slaughter and imprisonment. You know, the motto for most police departments once upon a time was SERVE and protect, not COMMAND and protect. - Comment on Open Source Resistance 2 (2009-04-15 21:50:57)
@Tyger42: And just because I see you opening your mouth without thinking again. How did the camera know to strobe me if what I just said werent fact? you really think for the over thousand cameras in my state, there is a person for each 24-7 staring blankly at a screen in some magical room who has magical reflexes and can catch 50,000 people in one day? Seriously dude, you are embarrassing yourself. - Comment on Open Source Resistance 2 (2009-04-15 21:48:03)
@Tyger42: The citations are issued by the program, and then signed by the server administrator. Keep fighting without fact, its really pulling you aces so far. Oh ya, you forgot to call me a conspiracy nut that time. - Comment on Open Source Resistance 2 (2009-04-15 21:46:24)
@nyokki: On the back of saying I was a statistician for a year and a half. I never finished my degree, so I feel dirty calling myself one, but that withstanding, I just wiki-ed Rolle's Theorem and understood it just enough to say... you are a freaking GENIOUS! I will never repeat what I just went through again.
