My point is * I * could sign in with the username koukei, say the work is mine, link to the original and demand he take it down, all the while spamming the site with poor spelling and worse punctuation. He would have no proof that I am, in fact, the artist simply because I signed on with the username and linked to the original site. I could sign on with the username Luis Royo, link to Royo's page and demand that any Royo images be removed. That in no way proves that I am Royo and the images are mine.

For once I agree with mAgnUS. Tiki has proven that he's more than willing to yank an image once the proper channels have been followed. But it would be bad business to just take the word of any schmo who logs on and says "it's mine, take it down" without any kind of proof or documentation. And besides, it's not as if he's making millions off this site and selling this shit for profit.
