If you label NPR as government funded you have to label any and every company that has ever taken government subsidies, whether those were direct or in the form of tax breaks; so every large corporation in America. I'd love to start seeing that label on every oil company, food advertisements, Space X, banks, Activision Blizzard, every car company in the country, anyone who has received a public education, and anyone who ever received a tax credit.

Who honestly is drinking more beer, older people that have a problem with those different than them, or young people who are either supportive or indifferent? I don't know about you folks but I don't remember seeing a whole lot of 50 year olds and up when I was going to bars all the time in my 20s. A large part of this is boomers, GenXers, and even elder millennials aging out of the coveted "target demographic" that companies love so much. These folks are not able to cope with the fact that the world doesn't revolve around them anymore. The times they are always a changing and you can either get on board or get run over.
