I also find a little intriguing that at the bottom of the document it says: "Copyright 1996, The American Civil Liberties Union" They failed to mention all of the battles they've entered and accomplished Jack. Good arguement though I salute you.

If you don't have anything to hide why should it matter? I'll be the first to raise the flag of revolution if my rights are being stepped on, but if the NSA listening to me talk to a buddy about something totally trivial weeds me out a potential terrorist and allows them the time to pursue more viable leads and locate, capture, and submit actual terrorists to trial(or kill the fuckers for all I care) then so be it. It seems to me the ACLU(the very useless individuals they are!!!)are being a little over sensitive! I didn't see them raising hell when the City of New Orleans stomped, nay SHIT all over citizens' CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT of the second amendment when they without warrants conducted weapon confiscations on law abiding citizens!! Not to mention that if the NSA wants your phone records because of suspected terrorist activities THEY WILL GET THEM!!! WE are at war people the name of the game is catch terrorists! AT ALL COSTS! Whether you choose to believe it or not the fact is that this war is not just being fought on the frontlines of Iraq and Afghanistan with bullets and bombs but right here in our midst with information and due legal process. Its not only a very old counter-sniper technique, its a combat proven one. Vasily Zaitsev the highly decorated Soviet sniper from the battle of Stalingrad in WW2 succesfully used this technique to locate and netralize Germany's alledged "Super-Sniper". It is however very possible that this is a staged picture but I wouldn't refute it solely on the presence or lack there of the soldier's body armor or other equipment as it is incredibly hard to crawl and sneak in all that equipment. It could be that he shucked it upon entering the building. Ladies and Gentlemen, this debate is pointless...the fact of the matter is that gun control does not work. Firearms will always be available regardless of what laws are in effect, do your intellect a favor and the next time you run across an individual convicted of 1st degree murder with a firearm if he or she would have been told "guns are illegal" would that have stopped them from commiting their crime. Those whom make their living violently victimizing others give little or no regard to the legality of their weapons. In regard to the debate of assault weapons vs sporting firearms: I can guarantee you that more people are murdered by knives every year than "assault weapons" in ten years( unless you are looking at the numbers from a 3rd world shit-hole where Kalashikovs cost a little as a Chicken), so obviously they are not a real problem. To the quoting of such skewed inaccurate dribble as "Bowling for Columbine" in a debate, you do little favor to your legitamacy or your intellect by quoting someone whom even the stauchest of liberals is embarrased by. To the comment of law abiding citizens bearing and owning firearms being a compensation for shortcomings in genitalia... the next time someone is brandishing a weapon and has intent on visiting ill-will upon you whip out your dick and see if that gets you out of the dangerous situation. Well I think I've made my point and I'll burden you all with no more of my opinion except to say be armed or be a sheep.
