It's called a different camera angle. In pro-wrestling the impact of a move is always done from such an angle so you can't tell they're barely making impact. Plus this looks like NXT, the WWE training ground, so maybe they're training live TV editors/cameramen also hence the slightly awkward cut.

What many people seem to be oblivious to in these debates is that it's not either socialist NHS or nothing. In all countries with free healthcare, you can still purchase private health insurance, go to private hospitals and get any treatment you want at any level you want if you so desire and can afford to do so. Just because healthcare is available for all, doesn't mean can't go to a gold plated hospital if you want to.
