@LukeV1-5: As long as we're doing an eye for an eye, and basing it all on race, sure.

@nyokki: So, you're choosing someone based not on the content of their character, but the color of their skin? @nyokki: And? If you push a politician far enough, he'll throw anyone under the bus after defending them devoitly for years or, more recently, months. His Pastor and Mentor, his grandmother, his "close, personal friend". Anything to be used as an advantage, and discarded like refuse when they become political baggage. It's really easy to do when you get a pass from the media. :-D

You know I actually had someone tell me it was ok to hang Palin in Effigy, but not Obama? Same damn breath and everything.

Yeah, no more Biden voting for us to go to war ith Iraq, but plenty of this.... ------------ Obama might send troops into Pakistan By NEDRA PICKLER, Associated Press Writer “Let me make this clear, there are terrorists holed up in those mountains who murdered 3,000 Americans. They are plotting to strike again. It was a terrible mistake to fail to act when we had a chance to take out an al-Qaida leadership meeting in 2005. If we have actionable intelligence about high-value terrorist targets and President Musharraf won’t act, we will.” … Analysts say an invasion could risk destabilizing Pakistan, breeding more militancy and undermining Musharraf. The Pakistani Foreign Office, protective of its national sovereignty, has warned that U.S. military action would violate international law and be deeply resented. A military invasion could be risky, given Pakistan’s hostile terrain and the suspicion of its warrior-minded tribesmen against uninvited outsiders.... ----- "I did not oppose all wars, I said. I was a strong supporter of the war in Afghanistan." "It is time to turn the page. When I am President, we will wage the war that has to be won, with a comprehensive strategy with five elements: getting out of Iraq and on to the right battlefield in Afghanistan and Pakistan." "The first step must be getting off the wrong battlefield in Iraq, and taking the fight to the terrorists in Afghanistan and Pakistan" "It's time to turn the page on the diplomacy of tough talk and no action. " All from http://www.barackobama.com/2007/08/01/the_war_we_need_to_win.php *sits back and watches all the "Yeah buts", excuses, and name-calling.

Speaking of which, has anyone seen Joe Biden lately? Last I heard, Obama stuck him on a plane, and told him to shut up an hide.

@dieAntagonista: Considering that's a Rottweiler, I fail to see what a pit bull has to do with anything.

@Caio: "The Klan is needed today as never before and I am anxious to see its rebirth here in West Virginia." And that's AFTER Byrd quit the Klan. What the hell is a "Kleage", anyway?

If Obama were being "judged not by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character", then we wouldn't even be HAVING this election, he'd have been cast into seclusion long ago. I'm pretty sure MLK Junior can join the Founding Fathers in providing electricity to this country from his grave. He's got to be spinning in his grave pretty fast today, and all.

@dieAntagonista: Hey, where can I get myself one of those?
  • Comment on McShane Voters (2008-11-04 02:10:05)
Here's the real deal, Caio. I'm keeping the discussion going: i.e. trying to get a rise outta people. Thanks, you made my night, only 4 and a half hours before I can go vote. :-D
