That is ‘EDSA’ (Epifanio De Los Santos) Avenue in Manila; I remember driving on that road in the 1980s and there were almost no cars on it at all (just Trikes and Jeepneys) – Now it is a constant traffic jam 6 lanes wide – more like Rio De Janeiro. Unbelievable how different it is now.
fwiw: that road was also the site where the largest of the “People Power” rally’s (also called the EDSA rally) was held in 1986 that toppled the Marcos Dictatorship.
