Pretty sure this is shopped. The angle of the At-AT doesnt jive with that of the people. My guess would be that the AT-AT is taken from a screen shot of Empire at War
Cool as this looks, the shadows are at an incorrect angle to be real.
Not only are the angles wrong but also the man stood next to the at-at is way out of scale with the crowd.
