I’m 90% sure that’s real. Shadow matches up pretty well between the pole and the dune.
Road looks like its been closed for years. The dune probably came in and knocked over the utility line and instead of spending the money to clear the sand, they just stuck an new pole in place.

The sand looks different colors because the sand from the dune isn’t from that area and could have originated miles away.

it’s obviously a shop. the texture of the sand on the dune changes too quickly once it’s on the road for it to be real.
