Great, but not greatest (close, ‘though.) A better one that leaps immediately to mind is John Carpenter’s remake of The Thing, which has scenes in it that I’ll take with me to my grave.
Like the guys arms get bit off when he tries to revive so and so (can’t remember the characters name). Then his head stretches off and turns into a spidery looking thing? I could eat taco salad for a year after I watched that movie (that was my dinner at the time).
when they filmed this scene, most of the actors had no idea something was going to come out of his stomach and the reactions are real. they kept it a secret to make it the kick ass scene it is and i think it worked 🙂

Whenever I see (or picture) this scene, I always think of the Spaceballs version.
Mel Brooks did get the same guy to do it in his movie. Guss that is way he says “not again” in the movie.
