I have a special place in my heart for turtles of all kinds. Especially flying ones.
It wouldn’t surprise me if this were from the upcoming (and likely very very horrible) Dragon Ball Z live-action movie.
I believe that’s the turtles version of John Cena in The Marine as he leaves a building.
