Sounds… Weird. But I’ll go see it, anything with Statham has to be epic. I wish they would considered him more for Master Chief rather than Vin Diesel, I mean he could just drop the accent and he’d be pro.
I’m sure the movie will be good, but I think the whole plot is relatively weak. I still need to see the first one though. Everyone said it was good, but I never got around to it.
Did you idiots actually watch Crank?
What a crawling piece of steaming shit. @...freakymescan:
says the plot was weak, and it was. and the
the plot was the only redeeming quality in the
entire picture. The premise ‘COULD’ have facilitated a ton of kick ass “transporter”esque fight scenes, and Crank delivered NOTHING!!
They consistently avoided the ample opportunity
for needless fights and violence, in a movie where the plot should have “REQUIRED” it.
not to mention the smattering of bad BAD humor.
This is a perfect example of people pretending to like a movie because they have previously like the lead actors.
and their making a sequel… god… wtf?
I fail to see how Statham is in the second Crank movie… seeing as the first movie ended with him falling to his death from a helicopter way up in the sky!!!
The fucking in the middle of the street was awesome tho.
@...MrDooves: Confused? Try to keep up with the rest of us. Not every movie is about or requires scene after scene of choreographed fighting. Ever play Metal Gear? Like that—sometimes it’s the avoidance that makes it good. It probably wasn’t Transporteresque because it wasn’t Transporter.
Yeah, I’m pretty much a hugh Statham fan, but I don’t like watching him fight like a ninja. I opted out of both transporter flicks because of this. Crank kicked monster ass. It’s one of the best run movies ever.
Crank had absolutely nothing to do with logic, physics or reality in general, so I don’t really understand people questioning how or why Statham’s character could be back for a sequel.

Agree mate, also Amy Smart FTW!
Crank was a surprisingly good and badass film.
FYI, first poster is from Crank.
2nd one is from Crank 2: High Voltage
Crank
Snatch
Revolver
Transporter 1 & 2
Lock Stock
The Bank Job
Death Race
These are all movies that are made awesome by Jason Statham.
umm, how? I didn’t see Marvel stamped on Crank, and he looked ALL dead not mostly dead at the end there.
@...LukeV1-5: you forgot the two with Jet Li!
The One
War
But lock stock and Two Smoking Barrels is in my top 15.

@MrDooves:
You obviously missed the point of the movie.
To prevent further self-embarrassment, I suggest you either:
A) stop watching movies you won’t understand
B) stop posting
C) A and B
@...MrDooves: The plot was weak? The plot was unimportant. It was like a video game turned into a movie, and that was pretty much the idea.

I seriously don’t see how he would have survived that last scene from Crank to make Crank 2… UNLESS THE ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE IS UPON US!!!!

@...flintlocke: Nicely put
Statham needs to go back to making British films. His Hollywood films are the suck. He really needs a new agent.
@...flintlocke: Wishful thinking I guess…
3 words: Identical Twin Brother
Remember, weak plot, crazy twists, hopefully they can have another sex in public scene.
@...PMcGee: Ok. I’ll buy that for a dollar. but not 9 of em.
Am I the only one who saw his (I think) eyes open, or at least twitch when he hit in the end?
I remember having the clear sense that he was still alive in the end.
On that note, Chester Bennington cameos ftw.
@...BourbonDingo: Yes, he did move a little, but that could be just reflex spasms… Or could it… Dun dun DUUUUUUUN… o_0
