I used to be borderline mac fanboy-ish. But then i realized how ridiculous it is to pay extremely inflated prices on hardware that i can buy on newegg for half the cost. All thanks goes to mintymadness.
meh. Had my ipod for over 4 years, no problems ever. Don’t use itunes. Have always used the winamp plugins. Only peope who annoy me more than macwhores (shuffle? eww.) are indyfags who hate anything that’s popular, even if it IS a good product. 😛
get off your highhorse. The Zune isn’t all that awesome, lol.
I hate it how products that basically work with anything that has a 3.5mm headphone jack always states, “compatible with iPod and mp3 players” as if its somehow different from or superior to the rest of them. macfags piss me off.
yes, Kishi! I’ve had my 30gb Zen Vision:M for almost 2 years, and it’s awesome. Versus the iPod Video.. was cheaper, has a much better display, included FM tuner, works as a removable drive, battery lasts longer, and supports PlaysForSure (allowing me to rent music from Napster.)
My only problem is that since it isn’t an iPod, I get no respect from the integrated car stereo manufacturers. They refuse to support anything without a lowercase ‘i’ in front of it.
Apple now has Rhapsody as an app, which is a good start, however it is currently hampered by the inability to retailer locally in your iPod, and has a dismal 64kbps bit rate. If this changes, then it should somewhat negate this benefit for the Zune, but the 10 songs monthly will still be a giant plus in Zune Pass’ favor.
iRemember iPredicting the iPhone when the iPod was iReleased.
iHate eWords and iThings and iWill eFucking iCarve my iBrain out with an iSpoon before iSuccumb to this iZombie eMadness
EAT SHIT POD-PEOPLE
sylvanish seems a bit e-motional about this stuff.
nice rant. iLikeit.

@...CathyLong:
I like the Zune about equally to the iPod. They’re MP3 players.
@...CathyLong: @...RSIxidor: And my Zen is an MP3 player, too. And cost a helluva lot less than either. So, win.
Does this mean my shuffle is now passe? Sweet.

I much prefer the sansa to any iPod.
@...hvymetal86:
That label, like many labels, is there because people are *stupid.*
