Does peanut butter w/ jello & toast count as cooking?

@...clawoo: if you make the jello…Or did you mean a PB&J? (jelly). but yes if you make toast without setting fire to house, then it counts as cooking.
(my former roommate did set fire to my house. banned from using ANY heat source after that.)
