It’s not if someone would remember, it’s when would they notice…? I went to work with my cousin one day, when I got home, no one even knew I was gone. 😛
Eh, some people would. They would notice that you weren’t signed on, but then move on in their lives. A living parent would notice, but if you have no family, others would still notice, if for but a moment in their lives.
Yes, but not for long. In a hundred years, everyone who knew will have died. Nobody but few Presidents and such will be remembered that long. In 1000 years, its unlikely even the country that you lived in will be remembered. In 10,000 years, unless you were buried in a pyramid, its extremely unlikely that the slightest trace of your existence will be remembered.

Ironic that you posted this one… My Grandfather died just a few hours ago. He will be remembered.
I don’t really mind if anyone remembers me or not in 100 years. As long as the people I call friends view me with fondness in thier hearts I will be happy…
well. I wont be happy as I will be dead. I won’t be anything except dead. But I am Not Dead Yet…
Neither are all of you. So chin up and don’t worry about tomorrow everyone. It is already tomorrow here in Australia.
😀
@...Putridity: I agree. But the view implied by the question, that your life is more or less meaningful based on whether you’re remembered, is ultimately futile.
I’m happy people remember me while I’m alive. When I’m dead it’ll be up to those left to decide how long I’m remembered. Surely I will neither know nor care.
I would be remembered, by anyone important to me. As said before I don’t really care if people remember me 100 years from now, someone might, but the people I care about probably won’t be around so why would I care.
When my best friends Father died when we were in 9th grade, one of my friends said to our group, “None of you can die before me, because I couldn’t stand to mourn you guys.” I thought about this alot and the next day I brought it up again. I said to them, “None of you can outlive me, because i don’t want you to have to mourn my death.” My point is being remembered isn’t important, its the being with the people who might have need to remember you.
@...KommissarKvC:
LOL Why would you be worrying about that? To my knowledge you have yet to do anything to warrant a visit. Or is there something you aren’t telling me?
Notwithstanding your insistence on branding me 100% USDA Grade A PhyreBacon, do I have a reason to pay you a visit Kommissar? 🙂
This day and age, all depends on how spectacular an end or how great of an escort you take with you….

Best way to go out with is to have a video testament.
I’m gonna make a few jokes, specify who gets to keep my stuff, and insult the hypocrites.
As well as request to have a specific Megadeth album play through the whole way.

Who cares?
This is what I wonder everytime I think of killing myself (which is usually everyday)
“I wonder what people will say if I killed myself”
For some reason, it’s like a way to get people to talk about me

@...nyokki: Unless you come back and for some reason, are forced to make everyone you knew like you and remember you. Then you will care.

You worthless piece of shit.
@...SumoSnipe:
so youre saying we should go back to old egyptian ways and be buried with several thousand bodyguards all mummified with us?
@...casemods:
well, as long as MCS has your login name on it and posts with your name in the replies, you have something to remember you
@...mintymadness:
Minty, if you love Case that much, why dont you kill him – he hasnt made up his mind to do it or not, so you do it for him
@...KommissarKvC: You’re quite the helpful one aren’t you…
@...Phyreblade:
the one thing I cant help, is the lack of sleep I have, worrying that you break into my house to kill me Phyreblade
lol
