I read a while ago that they made fake eggs in China, out of paint at stuff… so god knows what this is 😛 It’s probably just the stuff you can buy to bake with: Egg whites separated, yolks separeted, just that these are put together again.. Good idea though, but weird…
Egg loaf has been around for a quite awhile. It’s cheaper than eggs in the shell, easier to store, less waste, etc… Taste? Umm, it’s ok. You’ve probably eaten it without even knowing it.
If that’s real eggs and more importantly real yolks, I’d eat that. I love egg salad but have yet to work out the whole cooking and peeling of eggs thing.
Eggs rule. Eggs without shells rule even harder. Not as much as bacon, but I can see this sitting at the right side of Bacons throne. That’s how awesome this is.
