Tina Louise is fantastic in this film, as is the film itself. Louise was actually a ‘Method’ actor who studied with Lee Strasberg of The Actors Studio. She’s a strange paradox. An actor who actively participated in her own public image as a sex symbol, but who longed to be taken seriously as an artist.
This has been on my list for a while and I’ve never found the time.
