Hi psychokrod, I’m fully aware of Man On Wire, in fact I’m a James Marsh fan, but the fact is, the documentary didn’t show a great deal of ‘the walk’ itself. I think Zemeckis wanted the challenge of re-creating it using digital and 3D technology and really trying to make the audience feel as if they were on that wire themselves. Same story. Different approach.
