    Look at the front tires. They’re on a tow truck. Looks like the limo just broke down, but it’s too long to support the weight of being lifted by the front end and broke in the middle. They should have used a ramp truck.

    Any properly put together limo has steel beams to prevent this. Someone cut corners.
