    – increased size,
    – reduced muzzle velocity,
    – decreased power,
    – holster* incompatible.

    They forgot the best benefit of all, and the reason most people buy silencers: so that other people won’t hear it when you bust a cap in someone, making it easier to avoid all those pesky legal repercussions.

    The name “Silencer” is a bit of a misnomer. It’s still loud as hell, but it reduces the volume a bit. It doesn’t sound like that “ping ping” sound you hear in movies.
