Understanding Sinusitis

 

I’m just now getting to the point that I can breath without coughing my chest out, my cure was a ton of vitamin c, zinc, multivitimins, alkaseltzer, theraflu and 4 boxes of tissues in 3 days.

What cures do you use when you have a cold?

    A bottle martini white and lemon extract 50/50 on ice, you can sleep like a dead an get your dose vitamin C.

    Bed + time.
    If your sinus is really “clogged”, inhalations with Olbas Oil, or something like that, could help.

    Last I heard Vitamin C only works as a preventive measure, not a cure.

    There are no cures for the cold. What people do is take stuff which alleviates the symptoms.

    Very few people get sinusitis as a side-effect of a cold; sinusitis is treated with antibiotics and possibly anti-congestants.
