The First thing to keep in mind is that Great Britain is the same Country that was holding people in Ambulances until enough of the wait for the Emergency Room has cleared out to make a “Wait Limit”. Their Regional Police Departments have also been “Adjusting” their Crime Statistics to keep the Grants Coming. I am Personally aware that a Person can be Killed by another Person, who is then “Administratively” determined to be “Insane” so that the Dead Person was NOT “Murdered”. To get the TRUE Numbers you have to dig into the Health Ministry Numbers where you can find out how many people died of which cause. Since “Motor Vehicle Accident” and “Fall” are separate Numbers from “Blunt Force Injury”, the number of people who die by being stabbed, strangled, shot and just plain beat to death without being Murdered is simply astounding. It took me 3 Years and Several Thousand Dollars to be able to prove that my Niece was a victim of a Homicide so the Insurance Company would make the Settlement here in the US since the British Government wouldn’t say HOW she died.

On the Other Hand, in the US the “Numbers” come from how an Incident is Investigated, so one death might be reported as both a “Suicide”, Murder AND Accidental Death, in this example a fall off of a Building.
