For the movie I’ll suspend my disbelief from a vaulted ceiling and beat it like a pinata, for this crappy info graphic though? You can’t put a price tag on technology that doesn’t exist yet.
At the very least there should be a realistic inclusion of research and development. There is no way that the repulsor arrays could have been developed for anything less than billions of dollars. Even if Tony just miracle’d all of the science into existence there’s the cost of his time, and his time ain’t cheap I’m sure.
1.6 billion? I doubt you could get there for 1.6 trillion.
Makes sense, there’s an assload of vital processes going on there so why would you want anything less than a stable os on a sparc platform. Plus sparc rhymes with stark and marvel is all about ryhmes and alliteration.

Interesting that someone can put a $36mil cost on a type of fictional nuclear reactor >that doesn’t exist<….
As apposed to “a type of fictional nuclear reactor “>that does exist<….?
It’s called emphasis.
