    No this is a picture of normal teeth with an overjet. Some bone has been cut away to reveal the roots of the teeth. And this is an adult skull.

    Not a baby and not an adult, but a kid who has yet to start losing baby teeth. Baby teeth have strong roots which are broken down as adult teeth start to move into place.
