As one would expect for a Hollywood promo photo, this picture has been ‘shopped. Both revolvers are Colts, but the one in her left hand has the cylinder release on the wrong (left) side. This suggests that it’s really a picture of her *right* hand, they flopped it, and pasted in as her left one.
