The more I’ve watched it, the more I disagree. I assume you mean Mr. Ledger, and he was an excellent Joker. However, there didn’t seem to be much humor to what he did. It was more maniacal. I prefer Mr. Romero because of the fact that his Joker was a mix of mania and humor.
Also, the truly best Joker is Luke Skywalker.
Luke Skywalker is only the voice of the Joker
He could totally play him as well, if he wanted to.
And just being the voice he is better.
