Used one an associate back in the day…quite effective. Those dogmetal flanges are easily bent to match the width of the victim’s tailpipe –although you have to jam it way further up to prevent it from getting shot out.
Could be a good non-vandalizing response to somebody’s shitty parking…though if I wanted to make that point, I’d probably write “SHITTY PARKING” or somesuch on the device with a Sharpie, prior to insertion.
