Great games, ones that could really use an update/rerelease
Such an awesome board game, video game series, book series………
I even liked the Heroclix spinoff from a decade ago.
Mad Cat, what happens if someone takes away your Marauder. LAM’s would have been fun it the mechwarrors games.
I downloaded a video on XBL a couple years back now (at least a year) of a teaser. Just found it.
It is still TBA…
Somewhat damaged Warhammer did all that to a 100% Atlas ?!
I shudder to think what Clan Mech’s will do.
*pouty* It’s a Timber Wolf!
There, there, little Clanner it’s all right.
I prefer a Dire Wolf myself.
Also loved the Puma
‘3 ‘3 Two thumbs up.
Way back in the day I remember hanging out at a place called “Virtual World” in costa mesa, that had battletech licensed hardware/software for playing mechwarrior in a simulator. It was “ok” at the time, though the home version run on a decent PC had “slightly” better graphics. This location closed down around the release of the “tesla pod”, which appeared to have better graphics and more controls similar to what you find in an aircraft trainer. I think towards the end of virtual world, they sold off these pods to other companies like Dave&Busters. I also recall the closest place running these newer systems at the time was in Vegas. There was a non-battletech mech-like game with crazy control board being marketed to the original xbox console. It would be BAD ASS if these now dated tesla pods were re-fitted with newer screens and a brand new mechwarrior software package. Some awesome competition could be done, linking up teams from different sites with the all to common broadband now (I was playing original mechwarrior in DOS on a 9600 modem).
