I was having a difficult time trying to figure out exactly what kind of vehicle this was, all skinny with a cannon in the middle, when I finally realized it was on its side. Looked like something out of a sci-fi flick at first.

Merkava design is all about protecting the crew at great expense. Them pesky Jews seem to value life …which of course stands in contrast to their opponents. Everything can be destroyed even a Merkava. I think the chimps use buried howitzer rounds to do so.
