    Great show but I never understood the deal with his health insurance not covering treatment for lung cancer. Virtually all health insurance plans cover treatment for lung cancer and the typical health plan for teachers is very good.

    But when you get cancer you can’t work. When you don’t work you lose insurance.

    Maybe he didn’t have insurance when he was diagnosed. I forget what happened in the show. But also, he wanted to make a lot of money fast to ensure his family would be taken care of after he died.

    Yea he has it tough, its not like he had a rich friend who wanted to pay for all his treatments and even felt like he owed him the money, so he was in real trouble and had to cook meth. Lonk
