There’s no where in the article that says he plans to change the timeline. He only says he’ll might refine the plan after he visits Iraq. Listening to advice from commanders on the ground seems like a pretty damn good idea.
So at least wait for him to get back from Iraq before you call him a flip-flopper.

obama represents the state with the highest tax burdern. A vote for obama is a vote for universal healthcare, universal education, welfare state and the secularization of the country.
