I think you meant “Tupolev”, which is the manufacturer. The plane, if I’m not (much) mistaken, is a Tu-160. Americans call it “Blackjack”, meaning it’s a jet propelled bomber. The Blackjack is a supersonic penetration bomber, not unlike the F-111 “Aardvark”, with which it shares many design features.
You’re right; the B-1 does resemble the Tu-160 much more closely than the F-111, but, for some reason, whenever I think “penetration bomber”, I think of the F-111. They’re all pretty similar, really…

Um.. I think you meant not unlike the B-1 bomber… Yes, the F-111 is swing-wing also, but it most resembles the B-1 in design.
