Why this is cool to me:
1. I was born before 1970
2. I had a similar jacket when I was twelve, festooned with summer camp activity patches (not Scouts –and they were mostly for riflery & archery, the only two activities I excelled at.)
3. It is well & truly sunbleached, not that shitty acidwash stonetumbled patchfade ringspun shit.
4. At this point it probably offers better protection than a leather jacket or kevlar vest.
I’ve had to repair it several times. It’s a $50 jacket with over $500 in patches sewn on. I figured they’d do great if I were skidding across the asphalt. After next years trip to Sturgis, it’ll be filled up.
STU…. wait…. thats actually pretty impressive.
wow…. thanks for copying me.
Cedar Point patch, nice!
Cedar Point was AWESOME!!
No 1%er….pussy
I’m no 1%er- I’m maybe a 2%er, tho.
I stole your State map idea and now have one on my vest as well. Only covers the East Coast right now.

I should add that the above post was not sarcastic in any way…I really do miss my old camp jacket.
