I do not believe there are any evolutionists that think that the T-Rex specifically had feathers. Some other dinosaurs, certainly.

Because they were fossilized, the problem is of course finding evidence of feathers around the bones, which is very rare. Though the T-rex, I must say, looks totally b.a. with feathers.
