My side question becomes about free speech and all that jazz. I don’t pretend to understand it fully but I remember a little incident with a cartoon trying to get away with drawing a religious figure head, even behind it’s own censorship, getting in “trouble” and some of the fan base response was mostly “FU” and revolving around free speech. This sucka shows up from overseas however and it’s bad enough to get banned where no video game is banned due to free speech (which doesn’t guaranty that distributors are going to agree to sell it however. Count the number of AO rated games there are and how easy it is to get them)

Is Free Speech, somewhat like beauty, not just simply in the continental eye of the beholder?
