yes printers coem with “moderate yeild” ink cartridges but he’s still right I can buy a new printer with the moderates for less than buying the moderates.
You aren’t getting the same.
You’re getting half or sample size ink in some cases. Then you end up with a stockpile of printers that you end up hording like the OP did.
Even if it’s ebay’d like you suggest, it wont go for full price because
1: it’s used
2: it has no ink
3: ???
most you’ll get is a couple bucks to add to what you’ve already saved.
so yea, you save money, no argument there. But once again, is it worth it you cheap asshole?
The new Kodak inkjets are amazing. Mad lifespan on those cartridges. They have a calculator on the website that tells you how much you save per year over other inkjets, and it’s actually legit. I have one & I can vouch for it.
If you buy the cheapest printers, this works… if you buy printers that actually do a good job, then it’s still better to buy replacement ink. Just search for “genuine” cartridges on eBay and you’ll get it much cheaper anyway.
I have had success with Brother’s MFC-685cw (multi-function, wireless). A 10-pack (4B,2C,2M,2Y) of compatible cartridges are $8.66 at Amazon.
Cannon (others?) have sensors that only work with their brand ink cartridge.
They’re like a third of the price on amazon. When I bought my new 3 in 1 at best buy they wanted me to buy 75$ worth of cartridges, and a 28$ usb cable on top of that. I got it all shipped from amazon for less that thirty.
the ink that comes with a new printer usually contains less actual ink than a refill. on my last printer purchase, when i refilled, the cartridges were larger. same thing happened with a fax machine i bought ages ago.
and i recall a post on here that said HP Black Ink was the most expensive fluid on the face of the Earth.
I’ve known this for some time, fucked up shit, is fucked up.
Read the fine print. The ink cartridges that come with printers are usually only partially filled.
filled or half-filled it’s still cheaper.
That’s why you buy laser! It’s worth the investment and the toners last for like a billion pages each! These ink jet POS’s are scams; it’s insane.
Laser for the win. I have not bought toner/ink in about 3 years. Cheaper and better quality.

Or just don’t buy the name brand ink, and buy those refill packs with the syringes.
The cartridges break. Need to buy a laser printer.
My printer’s had the same cartidges for years, been refilled at least 5 times.
I think the most I refilled a cartridge was about 5-6 times. But I used my printer a bit more than I do now. So in a few months it was done for.
But how often you gonna buy a new printer just to save 10 bucks, you cheap asshole?
You are fucking retarded.
You getting the same thing but cheaper, with a free printer thrown in? Faggot
Buy the printer for the ink, then sell the new printer in eBay, effectively get ink for free

We all have printers, only the rich have ink!
Downside is you end up with 5 printers worth jack shit.
Only if you don’t know how to buy bulk ink and refill yourself.

laser is the way to go, better quality, better price-per-page in the long run and you have no problem with the ink drying up.
I just kept upgrading my printers every time I ran out of ink. Now I have a nice little color laser printer.
Oh and donate my old, but perfectly good, printers to my school or as freebies on craig’s list.

only because we haven’t discovered liquid latinum just yet 🙂
