Quite possibly the best burger I’ve ever eaten, hand crafted by me.

    We do get half decent burgers in UK mainly because some places just use a good unground steak and cook it well – but the thing I dont get with these towers is how you hold it together – doesnt it slide off like a sammich thats too big? maybe us british ninnies just cant hold a burger right 🙂

    onion, tomato, lettuce, and two cheese covered patties. I prefer one large patty to two small ones–for the keeping-it-together reason blowbags mentions. Myself, the perfect would include bacon and blue cheese, but this looks pretty good.

    It was fucking amazing. If I had some bacon, I would have put it on there. Along with some portebello mushrooms and swiss cheese.
