Can it fly?
no
Yes, but….will it take off?
I came.
I didn’t know you could supercharge a turbocharger, or vice versa, with compressing already compressed air being ungodly inefficient and all. Methinks it’s a scam, and they’re doing something differently than what they say they are.
The Bugatti Veyron has 4 turbos. The Merc SLR has two superchargers, one charges the other, which takes 150bhp alone.
Yeah, really. A supercharger uses the engine itself to compress the intake air, a turbocharger uses the exhaust gases to compress the intake air. There is no lag with a supercharger (although it does rob the engine a bit of it’s horsepower).
Just on that. Bullshit.

put that in your pipe and smoke it. but seriously, pretty cool tech, no?
“1,104 horsepower”?Seriously?
1104 horsepower is probably using the EU continental stuff (like with the Veyron and its ‘1001’ hp), or using some super octane fuel.
Looks nice, but only 233 mph? Needs to be more slippery. What’s its drag coefficient?
I remember Jeremy talking about this car in Top Gear recently. For some reason, I was intrigued, and this further piques my curiosity. Most interesting…
