    Sad part is, estimating the years between the pictures, the dog’s probably nearing the end of his run. 🙁

    He may be nearing his end and the parting is sad, but having a good dog all those years is worth a bit of pain.
    Then you do it all over again!

    Oh, of course. Just saying that it’s a sad realization. Then again, my mother had a dog that lived into his 20s before having to be put to sleep due to how far his health had deteriorated.
