    right tiki, my c64 looks identically like this. bought mine 1988 for 5000! bucks – east german marks ;). along with a “datasette” this recorder thingy. 1990 i got me a huge disk drive. old times …

    awesome. but we had a vic20. the sweet cassette player / reader was an addon you had to buy separately?

    it’s sad how many hours me and my buddies spent playing Summer Olympics on his C64.

    is there a difference between them expect the name? i bought my used 😉 a new was unpayable and yes the cassette player was sold seperately. payed the 5000 bucks for both things. saving in elite with that cassette player was difficult but loading was pita 😀
