I can’t really say for sure why, but my first impression: that’s a dude. It might not be a dude, it might be a manly looking chick with a bad wig who decided the best way to show off her figure was to put a lump of PVC over her chest. But I wouldn’t take any chances.
That’s San Diego Comic-Con, and I am entirely sure its an actual woman. I talked to her and a Cobra Commander and a Trooper, and if that’s a dude, that dude has a serious vocal range.
