why is everyone on both sides so piss poor informed on weed? there are no carcinogens in weed like cigarettes so it doesn’t cause cancer. it has no physically addictive properties. if you have a PREDISPOSITION for schizophrenia then your chances increase for it to develope. it also helps protect your brain cells before heavy drinking. studies suggest that it even stimulates brain cell growth. however, your brain cells to grow back on their own over time. pot is not a gateway drug. that’s stupid. however, if you have to buy pot from drug dealers you are exposed to the heavier drugs more and are thus more opportunity to try other drugs. that being said, pot is not good for you. it makes you lazy and pretentious. but maybe that’s just me. scientifically, it does drain your dopamine. that’s the nifty chemical your brain releases to make you feel good. smoke too much pot, and your chances for depression increase due to the fucked up endorphines. THC is also a re-uptake inhibitor. that basically means your brain functions less efficiently. none of those side effects are permanent. a week or two off pot and you’re right as rain. in moderation its harmless… except for the gross hippy lazy happy thing. it causes no real benefits or problems. it’s addictive properties are merely habitual. which you would all know… if you just fucking looked it up. why is everyone so god damn stupid? why do you argue about something you can just look up and prove? please… no one even take my side. cuz you’re probably an idiot as well.
