As a person who used to fly into to help countries that suffered from these types of situations (typhoons, earthquakes, ect), the bottom pic is very normal.
Well actually.. I live in the Philippines and this shit was not the usual storm that I’m used to. I live kinda near that 4th picture (place called Marikina) and that flood was something that I have never experienced b4 in my entire life.. guess maybe global warming is finally starting to kick our ass..
