I can’t submit NSFW pictures either, it’s an error. However, you can just submit your NSFW pictures through the SFW form, then go to “Your Submissions” and click on the arrow next to “New Post” in the upper right corner, then on “Drafts” – there you can edit the category of your picture to NSFW.
