It also looks like Psoriatic Arthritis. My toe nails never looked like that, but basically, that’s what my toes are doing. Some of the physical therapy I do is to keep it from progressing and, hopefully get the toes affected to go back to something like normal.
This is what happens when you can’t get insurance and can’t afford several thousand dollars a month on IV infusions.

Those nails are just nasty though. Luckily I’ve never really had nail involvement on my toes and very little on the finger nails. It really is painful and nasty though.
