I’m usually against vandalism but if that Dollar General sold spray paint I would not be opposed to some redecorating of that truck’s tailgate.

I’d ask who thinks this is okay, but the answer is of course, no one, no one thinks this is okay. The problem is that this person doesn’t have the capability to think hence this abomination.
