Would kind of like to see the recipe for this. I’ve been making what I call “salmon loaf” for at least 15 years now as an improvement on the old “salmon patties” we had when I was a kid. Basically the canned fish version of meatloaf, using a lot less oil than frying the patties, and once I got that part down I started adding things to the basic recipe (sliced olives, diced green chiles, mushrooms).
