After Sarah Palin’s election loss, Sen. Tom Cotton calls ranked choice voting ‘a scam’

Cotton, a Republican representing Arkansas, suggested that the voting system that led to Palin’s loss to Democrat Mary Peltola in Alaska’s special election is rigged.
