This isn’t the greatest vampire movie, but it’s in the top 20%, and there’s a pretty good bullet count going on in nearly every scene that made me feel good about what they were doing here. The first scene before the title card is a bit over the top, but it sets up some pretty good world building that I didn’t expect to enjoy as much as I did.
Bonus points for seeing Snoop show up and do his thing in a way that I don’t think a 50 year old guy would really do, but what do I know.
